Services
Each surface requires a different method of surface preparation, and each surface requires a different primer or paint. For example, there are many different primers for wood (cedar, oak, woods with varnish, woods that need stain blocking agents, raw wood etc.) You need to know what kind of wood you are dealing with before it can be properly primed and/or painted. We only use the best possible product for each desired surface
FULL EXTERIOR
This includes pressure washing the home, stucco patching, caulking cracks in stucco, fascia boards, and where door trim meets stucco. Then paint is applied to the eaves, fascia boards, stucco, shutters, pop outs, patio cover, garage doors and front doors.
FULL INTERIORS
Full interiors include: patching minor holes, texturing patches. painting of the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, and crown moldings
Cabinets
First the cabinets doors and drawers are removed along with the hinges. Cabinets are sanded down with electric sanders and washed with heavy duty degreasers or lacquer thinner. they are then primed, and painted with 2 coats each with a light sand in between each coat. They are then hung back up
STAIRCASE RAILINGS
Two-toned railings are getting more popular. It is quite a process, but it comes out beautiful
